Medical Student Crowned 2018 Miss South Africa

23 yr old Tamaryn Green who is a sixth year medical student at University of Cape Town was crowned Miss South Africa 2018, on Sunday 27th May 2018, @ the sun Arena @ Time Square in Pretoria, South Africa.

The pageant event was hosted by one of the leading media personalities and stylish icon in south africa, bonang matheba. The unique show attracted stand out performers and great achievers in their different works of life. The show corresponded with the 60th diamond jubilee event and therefore was televised live in so many tv channels in S.A. This show saw 12 of the nations most beautiful, elegant, presentable and accomplished young ladies to compete for the crown and follow the footsteps of Miss South Africa 2017 demi-leigh nel-peter as she was later crowned miss universe.

The newly crowned Miss won more than R3million and lots of other prizes. Green will also receive a cash of R1million from sun international and cell c. The crowned Miss will take home a new nissan qashqai and garment designers from the sponsors.

Miss S.A 2018 will take the title of miss universe south africa and also she gets the opportunity to contest for miss universe pageantry which comes up later this year.
